Challenge

The purchase orders and invoice approval processes at Godrej Capital were being carried out over emails and spreadsheets in an ad hoc manner. Manual approvals lacked the orderliness that was required for timely and accurate review and approval of purchase orders and invoices. PO and invoice approvals done via emails and spreadsheets was time consuming and it was difficult to track progress and identify bottlenecks. Inordinate delays in the approval of purchase orders and invoice approvals was affecting productivity of financial processes at Godrej Capital. They were looking for a solution that would streamline tasks and eliminate bottlenecks. 

Solution
