What do you mean by the user in Cflow?
A user is a single person that has the credentials to log in to Cflow. A user has access to any number of workflows and can play multiple roles.
What payment options do you accept?
Monthly subscriptions are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB). Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. If you prefer a different mode of payment, get in touch with us.
Do you bill monthly or annually?
We offer both options. How you’ll be billed depends on the type of plan you select. If you choose a monthly plan, we will bill your credit card each month. If you choose an annual plan, you’ll receive a single, hassle-free invoice at the beginning of each year.
How are users counted towards billing?
We bill for the month in advance based on the number of users you choose. Additional users can be purchased at any time in batches of 5 users. If annual billing is chosen, we bill in advance for the number of users you choose.
Can I change plans anytime I want?
Yes, you can start/stop or make changes to your plan any time you want. If you cancel, you will not be charged any more, but we will not be able to provide refunds.
Do I need any advanced technical skills or professional support services to implement Cflow?
Cflow is designed to be simple and easy, users can configure their processes and workflows. However, when you build complex operations and need our assistance we will be happy to help you out $.
Do you restrict features with a free trial?
No, you can explore all the Premium features of Cflow during your trial period.
Is there a discount for non-profit organizations and educational institutions?
We offer a special discount for non-profit organizations and educational institutes. Simply send us the proof of your status and we’ll be happy to provide you with a discount. $ – may involve additional cost

Are there any charges when I migrate to Cflow from other applications?

You can migrate your workflows, email notifications, and user lists to Cflow for free. Not just that we will help you through all stages of migration.
